The email list

If you enter your address in the signup box, it is sent to Kit, the service that stores the list and sends the emails. Kit emails you once to confirm that the request came from you.

After that you receive one short email when a new world opens. Your address is not sold, shared or used for anything else.

Leaving the list

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you. You can also write to hello@hearthspoint.com and ask to be removed or to have your address deleted.

This website

The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of its own, and it sets no cookies. Your browser remembers one thing on your own device: that the signup note on the home page has been shown, so it doesn't appear again. That is never sent anywhere. Like most web servers, the host keeps routine access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Videos

Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube. The player itself loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. From that point Google's privacy policy applies to the video.
